Claims Service

Integral Insurance Services are actively involved with our clients when any claim occurs. We work together with our clients from the first notification of the claim right through to settlement.

We ensure that our clients are advised on what action they need to take, what documentation will be required for prompt claims settlement and if appropriate, negotiate amounts for progress payments.

We liaise with any Insurer appointed Loss Assessor to ensure that they have a full understanding of our clients insurance coverage, to make sure clients receive their full claim entitlements.


Integral Insurance Services meets regularly with their clients.

Meetings occur prior to the expiry of the existing policies to ensure that the clients Insurance Program is updated to reflect any changes within their business.

Half yearly or quarterly reviews can also be arranged depending on the clients needs.

As well as the formal meetings clients are encouraged to contact us whenever it is required
